Every business is different. So before I recommend anything, I take the time to understand what's actually happening, where the opportunities are, and where I can create real value.

We talk about the business, where things stand, what's working, what's not, and where you see the biggest opportunities or challenges.
02. I look under the hood.
I take a focused look at the business and the areas where I believe there may be meaningful opportunity. That could mean strategy, funnels, creative, paid media, people, systems, or something less obvious.
03. Then I define where I can actually help.
If I see a real opportunity to create value, I come back with a recommended scope, way of working, and price based on what the business actually needs.
